U.S. Army Awards $5B, 10-Year Contract to Sterling Computers
Experienced Technology Solutions Provider Wins Army Desktop and Mobile Computing Contract
North Sioux City, SD, August 2, 2019 –
Sterling Computers, an industry-leading technology solutions provider and one of the prime IT contractors to the Federal Government, is one of only eight winners of the five-billion-dollar Army Desktop and Mobile Computing 3 (ADMC-3) Contract.
The ADMC-3 Contract is the U.S. Army’s primary source for commodity purchases of commercial off-the-shelf IT products including desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other multifunction devices to integrate, support, modernize, and refresh the Army’s IT equipment and services for today and the future.
A total of 58 companies contended for the contract, and only eight were awarded—Sterling being one of the top recipients along with Dell Technologies.
This award showcases Sterling’s continuous excellence in providing technology services to the Federal Government. Sterling’s President and CEO Brad Moore states, “Sterling is thrilled to be able to support and partner with the U.S. Army. Sterling has been one of the most successful providers of IT products and services across our contracts like NETCENTS-2, SEWP, and CIO-CS. We are looking forward to bringing that value forward to support the Army.”

In addition, Sterling can satisfy all the Army’s client service needs such as: imaging, asset tag/UID labels, custom delivery, installation/deinstallation, break/fix, and laser engraving from three Configuration, Integration, and Distribution (CID) Centers located in: North Sioux City, SD; Sacramento, CA; and Dulles, VA.
